Workshop Visits

How long does production take?
Standard production time is 3-4 weeks from design approval. Express production (7 working days) is available for an additional fee.
Can I see samples before ordering?
We offer a sample service for £25, redeemable against your first order. Alternatively, visit our workshop to browse our complete range.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files. For optimal results, please provide images at their original resolution without compression.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery. European deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 working days; worldwide within 10-14 working days.
